The meeting called to order at 1:15 PM by Chairman John Heimerl.

Self-Introductions:

November meeting minutes were read by Billy Harrison.

Committee Reports(s): Treasurer Kimberly Beeman was absent. Treasurer's report was given into the record.
Disbursements and receipts: The meeting for the month of December held on the 10th is sponsored and lunch is directly
paid for by Cindy Edwards of Broadcasters’ General Store.
There was a check card purchase in the amount of $15.35 from Food Lion for waters and drinks.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $2609.47
Petty Cash: $244.05
Total Chapter Assets: $2853.52

SBE National: SBE has discounted certification courses.

EAS: Paul Campbell ask for any questions or comments about EAS.

Certification: No Report.

Frequency Coordination: No Report.

Web: Nothing to report, Ted Hand ask if any changes were needed. No responses were given.

Membership: No report

New Business: Chapter officers meeting last month – day of learning was discussed and looking into date.
Ted Hand – Text to speech on SAP is the law now as of November 29, 2015.

Program: Broadcast General Store sponsored the meeting and brought in Jim Armstrong with TELOS to discuss his new TELOS devises.
