The meeting called to order at 1:05 PM by Chairman Ray Lenz.

Self-Introductions:

December meeting minutes were read by Secretary Billy Harrison.

Committee Reports(s):
Treasurers Report was given by Treasurer Kimberly Beeman.
Disbursements and receipts:
A check in the amount of $218.64 was deposited into the chapter account for December’s lunch paid by Joe Davis with RF Consultants.
A deposit in the amount of $75.00 was made for substaining membership dues.
A check card purchase in the amount of $197.44 from Orapax was made for January’s lunch.
There have been no receipts for this month.

Total Chapter Assets: $2801.44

SBE National: SBE.org forwarding email system is still being finalized by the SBE.
SBE National is reviewing awards that are being given out to make sure they are reflecting what SBE is promoting.

Membership: One new member was announced

New Business: Evertz, ECS, Ray Lenz & Grass Valley are sustain members for 2015. Charles Stutsman brought up SBE offering an ATSC 3 webinar .

Program: SBE Webinar Streaming Radio: a Tutorial for Broadcasters
The presenter was Christopher Tarr, CSRE, DRB, CBNT

The completion of this webinar from Webinars by SBE qualifies for one credit, identified under Category I of the Recertification Schedule for SBE Certifications.
