The meeting called to order at 1:15 PM by Chairman Ray Lenz.

July Meeting Minutes were read by Immediate Past President, Charles Stutsman.

Treasures Report was given by Treasurer, Kimberly Beeman.
Disbursements and receipts:
The meeting for the month of July held on the 10th and was sponsored and directly paid for by Lou Gershenson, with Sony.
A check card purchase was made in the amount of $182.80 from Orapax Catering for August’s lunch.
A check card purchase was made in the amount of $56.34 from The Silver Gallery for the SBE Chapter 54 Engineer of the year award.
A check card purchase was made in the amount of $9.23 from Walmart for sodas.
A check card purchase was made in the amount of $20.46 from Food Lion for two cases of waters and sodas.

SBE National: John Heimerl discussed SBE upcoming national meeting in Verona, NY by Syracuse,
SBE Chapter 22 and ask for suggestions.

EAS: No Report

Certification: WTKR has several people preparing to take certification test

Frequency Coordination: Report was given by Chapter 54 Frequency Coordinator, Gary Becknell. WYCS-FM
notified me that they plan to replace the radio stations current telco DSL circuit program link with a new
950MHz STL RF link in the very near future. They said they would use their consultant to find and
coordinate a frequency to be used.
