The meeting called to order at 1:03PM by Chairman Ray Lenz.

There were no receipts or check card purchases for the month of February.

SBE National: SBE 50th Anniversary Party to be held Tuesday night at NAB at 6:30pm South Hall, S219. National Membership meeting will be held on Tuesday at 5:30pm in S227.

EAS: Don Crowder reported EAS with no audio. Paul Campbell will let everyone know when he figures out what happened. The National Weather Service is creating new codes.

Certification: Nothing to report.

Frequency Coordination: Gary Becknell received frequency coordination award.

Web: Nothing to report.

Membership: Nothing to report.

Future Meetings include – April 22 Tektronix, May Snell / Quantel, July Norfolk Wire.

Program: John George from NAUTEL present their line of AM, FM, LPTV Solid State Transmitters.
