The meeting called to order at 1:02 PM by Chairman Richard Dyer

April meeting minutes were read by Ray Lenz.
Committee Reports(s):

Treasurers Report was given by Treasurers, Kim Beeman
Disbursements and receipts: The meeting for the month of May held on the 11th is sponsored by Fred Hawker of G- Energy.
A check card purchase was made in the amount of $159.31 from Orapax Catering and Fred Hawker
will make a donation toward the cost of lunch in the amount of $100.00.
There is also was a check card purchase made in the amount of $16.37 from Food Lion for drinks and waters.

Certification: No report

Frequency Coordination: Dave Bateman reported on a golf tournament at Kings Mill. Frequencies have been coordinated.
Updates are needed on the website to include wireless mics. Conflicts are being created by the TV Repack.

Web: No report.

Membership: No report

Discussed Sustaining members. Heimerl and Associates and RF Consultants are the only local sustainers who are paid.
Some national/regional sustainers are paying randomly. Kim and Chris will work on getting invoices or reminders
out to those who have not been paying.

Old Business: Engineer of the year survey. Nominees are Billy Harrison, Denise Mastrullo, Glenn Hickman and Paul Ford.
Ray Lenz will post survey for final selection.

New Business: None

National: No report

Program: Fred Hawker of G-Energy showed Avcom’s line of spectrum analyzer equipment as well as antenna control from NextMove.

In additional business, Richard Siff reported on the situation at WFOS.
