The meeting called to order at 1:05 PM by Chairman John Heimerl.

Disbursements and receipts:
A check card purchase was made from La Herradura in the amount of $159.19 for January’s lunch.
There was a check card purchase in the amount of $68.46 from Pollards Catering for December’s desserts.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $2381.82
Petty Cash: $244.05
Total Chapter Assets: $2625.87

SBE National: FCC TV repacking silent period is in effect.

EAS: No report.

Certification: Discussion on using smart phones during certification test. SBE National is allowing the use.

Frequency Coordination: Gary Becknell reported noting going on. Charles Stutsman discussed ATSC 3

Membership: Nothing to report

New Business: Discussion to cancel the April meeting due to the NAB Convention.
Chris Gunnefsen made a motion to cancel the April Meeting. Denise Mastruillo seconded the motion.
The vote was unanimous. John Heimerl brought up the issue of raising funds for the chapter.

Program: SBE webinar on station Chief Operator and the responsibilities of this person.
