The meeting called to order at 1:08 PM by Chapter President Ray Lenz.

Disbursements and receipts:
A check card purchase was made from Orapax Catering in the amount of $93.98 for September’s lunch.
There are no other receipts for this month.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:

Total Chapter Assets: $2886.10

SBE National: Repacking quiet period. Anti collusion.

EAS: No report.

Certification: Richard Dyer discussed proctoring exams and not allowing smart phones to be used in exams.

Frequency Coordination: Gary Becknell had a discussion about wireless microphones.

Membership: Nothing to report

New Business: Chapter officer nominations. Charles Stutsman moved to remove Denise Mastrillio
from nominating committee. Seconded by Chris Gunnefsen, PASSED.
Motion to accept the slate of officers as presented by Nominating Committee Chairman, Chris Gunnefsen,
Seconded by Victor Bower. PASSED.
Bob Boone has been added to the committee as well.
2016 slate of office nominees for the Chapter 54.
