The meeting called to order at 1:02 PM by Chairman Ray Lenz.

Self-Introductions:

January meeting minutes were read by Secretary Billy Harrison.

Committee Reports(s):

Treasurers Report was given by Treasurer Kimberly Beeman Disbursements and receipts:
The meeting for the month of February held on the 12th is sponsored and lunch is directly paid for by
Dan Riley and Mike Kirk of NPR Satellite Services. Deposits were made to the chapter account for sustaining memberships from companies;
Keller Williams Realty, Evertz, ECS Broadcast Engineering and Grassvalley in the amount of $330.00.
A service charge in the amount of $6.08 was deducted for processing credit cards from our
Square credit card processing account.
A receipt in the amount of $49.00 was made from SBE National for the webinar presented at January’s meeting.

SBE National: John Heimerl stated that Ted Hand is seeking to run for SBE National Secretary.
Local & national awards are coming this fall. SBE vanity emails are now available.

EAS: No report

Certification: WTKR is still working on certifying operators.

Frequency Coordination: No report.

Membership: Nothing to report

New Business: Bylaws are going to be amended to reflect the new plan for sustain members.

Program: Dan Riley and Mike Kirk of NPR Satellite Services. Presented satellite distribution and the new HUB product NPRSS is launching.
