The meeting called to order at 1:05 PM by Chairman Ray Lenz.

Committee Reports(s):

Treasurer's Report was given by Treasurer Kimberly Beeman
Disbursements and receipts:
A check card purchase was made from Southland Catering in the amount of $186.79
for September’s lunch paid by the chapter.
There have been no receipts for the month of September.
Balance in Chapter Accounts:
Checking: $2,973.55
Petty Cash: $244.05
Total Chapter Assets: $3,217.60

SBE National: John Heimerl will attend the SBE National Meeting on October 7th.

EAS: No Report

Certification: Bill Sewell says one person from WTKR passed the CTO test so far. More to come.

Frequency Coordination: WYCS-FM current plan is to move from a land line
studio to transmitter link to a 950MHz link.

Membership: Nothing to report

New Business: Chapter officer voting is now open. Voting will end October 7th.

Richard Siff is working with Chesapeake high schools to get a broadcast electronics and
wireless communications classes started.
